for Classes Online (It's Easy!):
Please note: Transactions are processed in the
order they are received. The New Art Center will confirm your
on-line transaction by email. Your transaction does not
guarantee your enrollment. In the event that a class
is already full, New Art Center will notify you within two business
days and you will be fully refunded.
Course Withdrawal/Refunds 
Students who withdraw eight or more days prior to the first
day of class will receive a refund of all tuition and materials
and model fees less a $25 administrative fee. Students
who withdraw less than eight days but at least three days prior
to the first day of class will receive a refund of 50% tuition
and all materials and model fees less a $25 administrative
fee. Those who withdraw two days prior to the first day of class
or thereafter will not receive tuition refund but will receive
a refund of materials and model fees. Completing a registration form, whether online, in person or over the phone, indicates that you agree to the terms and conditions of the Education Program listed above, including the Course Withdrawal and Refund Policies.
Cancellations
The Center reserves the right to cancel a class, with a full refund,
for insufficient enrollment. Individual classes cancelled due
to teacher absence will be made up at the end of the semester,
or at a mutually agreed upon time. Classes cancelled due to bad
weather will be made up if possible during the term in session.
