Ola Aksan is a Boston-based artist specializing in painting. Her work of abstractions and implied landscapes utilize texture, place and process to conceptualize links between the nature of physics with observations of societal behavior through imaginative interpretation.
Ola has a Master’s of Fine Art degree from Tufts University and a double BFA in Painting and Communications Design from Texas State University. She has taught at the New Art Center since 2021.
