New Art Live Online Learning – Week-long online class at designated class times. New Art faculty conduct a real-time class through Zoom video meetings.
This one-week photo Zoom camp is designed for teens to explore and have fun with digital photography. The camp will focus on photography fundamentals, composition, and a fun daily photo project. Some portions of the project will need to be photographed or completed outside of the camp time. There will be a slideshow of student work at the end of the week. Materials: Students will need a digital camera (a “real” camera is preferred, but we can work with a cell phone if needed) and a way to download images and share them electronically with the teacher and class. Students will need a computer already set up to receive, save, and print images from the camera (with an adult able to help if needed!), various materials found around the house for daily projects (for example, scissors, paper, tape, a shoebox, parchment paper, and the like).
Please note: Online registration for classes that begin on Monday close the Friday before at 12PM.
