New Art Live Online Learning – Weekly online class at designated class times. New Art faculty conduct a real-time class through Zoom video meetings.
This Zoom course begins with the notion that Jackson Pollock liberated painting and takes off from there. Students will investigate various painting media including acrylic, glazes, pigments, and collage. Both figurative and abstract approaches are encouraged in this high-energy class for those with prior painting experience. (Intermediate/advanced levels) See website for materials list.
Please note: Online registration for classes that begin on Monday close the Friday before at 12PM. Online registration for classes that begin on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday close on the day before at 12PM.
