Painting – Jill Pottle
Using acrylics, capture the richness of color and light in a landscape. An underpainting will provide a sense of inner light that is so relevant to creating the illusion of depth and atmosphere in a painting. We will study the works of artists that convey this concept, (such as Diebenkorn and Hayes), and explore color and tonal relationships and paint application to create vibrant and colorful landscapes. See materials list on website.
