Julie Fox

Julie Fox is Ceramics Program Manager. If it’s happening in Ceramics, then it’s Julie. She is also a Faculty member and has taught at the New Art Center since 2007. Julie has a Fine Arts degree from the University of Washington. Pottery making has been her profession for 25 years. She has had a residency at the Hudson River Museum and been on the Westchester County roster of teaching Artists.

In the event of a COVID-related building closure, in-person classes will continue with live online learning (Zoom). In the case of equipment-intensive courses, the curriculum may be adjusted slightly. For example, all ceramics classes will continue with a handbuilding focus.

Please Note: Online registration for classes that begin on Monday or Saturday close the Friday before at 12PM. Online registration for classes that begin on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday close on the day before at 12PM. Adult Live Online Learning (Zoom) Classes: The “Student’s Email” you provide during registration will be emailed the Zoom link and login information one hour before the class begins.

Children/Teen Live Online Learning (Zoom) Classes: The email you provide at checkout will be emailed the Zoom link and login information one hour before the class begins.
