Sarah Kahn

Sarah Kahn is a mixed media collage artist. She is drawn to non-representational art, because it endows the viewer with the freedom to associate, and find sensory response. Amidst passages of color, form and texture, one is invited to call upon internal imagery and personal experience. While she is inspired by representational images, and has used them in her pieces, she finds that abstraction often invites a direct connection to one’s senses.

She has taught at the New Art Center since 2013.
