URGENT: New Art Center Needs Your Help
Dear New Art Center Community,
We are thinking of you, our students, families, teachers, and community during this time of uncertainty. And we desperately need you to think about the New Art Center.
It’s hard to believe that only a week ago the New Art Center was focused on strategic planning. Today we are wholly focused on surviving the devastating financial impact caused by COVID-19. New Art is facing an unprecedented loss of earned revenue. We are in urgent need of your charitable support.
We estimate we need to secure a minimum of $200K in contributions to ensure we are here at the end of this crisis. If this crisis continues into the summer, our need will grow.
We know first hand that art can help people heal, we see it every day in our community. Although the building is closed to the public, our dedicated staff and faculty are hard at work moving our classes to an online format. By going virtual we endeavor to keep our students, teachers, and community, engaged with one another as we ride out COVID-19 together.
While a one-time donation helps us immediately, recurring donations will ensure the New Art Center has a future after the immediate threat of COVID-19 has subsided.
We need you, the New Art community, to ensure that we remain your community art center after the dust settles.
We need you now more than ever to protect the longevity of our mission to offer everyone, at all levels of ability, exceptional opportunities to make, exhibit, view, think about and talk about art.
Please donate today to ensure that the New Art Center will remain your home base for creation, connection, and community.
Thank you for continuing to engage with us and for being flexible during these unprecedented times. We are so thankful for your support.
Wishing everyone health during this difficult time.
My very best to all –
