Creative Process: The Andrew & Jean Dibner Annual Student and Faculty Show 2022-2023

Explorations of paint, pastels, ceramics, and more represent one year of creation through a colorful lens in Creative Process. Our annual exhibition features student and faculty work from 2022-2023 an in-person exhibition at the Wedeman Gallery at Lasell University. We invite all students (adults, teens, and children) and faculty from September 2022 – June 2023 to submit images of work made in a New Art Center class for the exhibition. Faculty can submit any of their work. The exhibition will take place from June 12 – July 9. New Art will host an opening reception on June 15 from 6 PM to 8 PM at the Wedeman Gallery, located at 47 Myrtle Ave, Auburndale, MA 02466.

The exhibition is named in honor of Jean and in memory of Andrew Dibner. Andy was an avid New Art student and was also a donor and a long-time member of the New Art Center’s Board of Governors. Prior to his passing in July 2019, Andy made a final pledge to the New Art Center, to help improve our communications platform for students and the public, including our brand new website, which has the functionality to showcase online exhibitions.

Students and faculty can submit up to five images of their work!
