Paint a variety of landscapes in watercolor by practicing multiple techniques, including flat wash, dry brush, mixing colors on both the palette and the paper, wet-into-wet, creating effective edges and others. By the end of the first session, students will be comfortable with creating value studies and using these techniques to create landscape paintings. Photos will be provided. Students are also invited to bring photos of their favorite landscapes or travel photos as references. Beginning and experienced watercolor students are welcome. See website for materials list.
