Registration:

  • All registrations are taken on a first come first serve basis.  Full payment is due upon registration. However, please reach out to our registrar for payment plan options if needed.  

Withdrawals and Refunds:

  • Summer Art Camp Withdrawal: All withdrawals for our Summer Camp must be made by June 7 to receive a refund, less a $25 administrative fee per week. For any tuition payments paid by credit card, your full convenience fees will be deducted from your refund.

Waiting List:

If a class is full at the time of registration, you may request to be put on a waiting list for that week and we will contact you if a space opens up.  Call the office for more information.

Welcome Emails:

Summer Welcome Emails will be sent out two weeks before your child’s program.  Please make sure to include the best email address to reach you. 

Emergency Forms:

We now collect a majority of the emergency information we need at registration. However, we still need a few more pieces of information, such as vaccination records and friend pairings. You will receive a link from our Education team 2 weeks prior to the camp start date.  Forms are due 1 week before your program begins. These forms help prepare our faculty and staff to ensure your child and his/her/their peers have the best experience possible at New Art. Please fill these forms out honestly and with detail.
