CALL FOR ART: Creative Process Exhibition 2026

The New Art Center invites submissions for the Creative Process Exhibition 2026, a vibrant, community-wide showcase celebrating artistic growth, exploration, and creative discovery. We welcome original artwork from New Art Center members and students of all ages—children, teens, and adults—as well as the talented faculty who guide and inspire them.
Presented in the New Art Corridor Trio at 245 Walnut Street in Newton, this exhibition features work created between September 2024 and June 2026. It reflects the diverse voices, evolving skills, and shared creative spirit of our dynamic community. From early experiments to fully realized pieces, each work offers a glimpse into the artist’s process—honoring curiosity, risk-taking, and dedication to craft.
Exhibition Dates: June 18th – September 18th, 2026
Opening Reception: Join us for an opening reception to celebrate the artists and their work on June 18th, 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM. Friends, family, and community members are warmly invited to attend.
