Support our Cultural Access Program!

Art has the power to change lives–and your support makes this possible.

The New Art Center is your home base for multi-disciplinary visual arts education in Greater Boston. We serve all ages and abilities, regardless of financial means.

Did you also know our impact extends beyond our classrooms and into the greater community through our Cultural Access Programs?

These initiatives provide essential arts-based engagement experiences including:

  • Art classes and art camps for all ages with generous financial aid
  • Visual art exhibitions curated by artists of color, free and open to the public
  • Free and sliding scale art therapy programs for tweens led by licensed art therapists
  • Trauma informed expressive arts programs for vulnerable populations, including women impacted by domestic violence and adults with intellectual disabilities
  • Free Community Cultural Days that uplift and celebrate cultural heritage and diversity
  • We need you to help us build community through art. Here’s how you can help:
  • Your investment in the New Art Center does more than support art—it strengthens our community throughout Newton and Greater Boston.
  • While tuition revenue covers 65% of our annual expenses, the rest of our income comes from donations from foundations, businesses, state funding, and individuals like you.
  • Each year, we must raise 35% of our budget to keep prices accessible, scholarships available, and community programs free for all.

We can’t do this without you.

We must raise $75,000 from donors like you before the end of the year.

Every dollar you give to the New Art Center stays in our community, nurturing creativity, bringing joy, building connection and expanding minds.

We invite you to make your impact today!
